Glow Countdown

Welcome to Glow Countdown. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Glow Countdown ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Glow Countdown mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at glowcountdown@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Glow Countdown helps you count down to an important day and build daily habits for motivation and self-improvement.
The App is for personal motivation and general wellness only. It is not medical, health, fitness, psychological, or professional advice. Glow Countdown does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, diet, fitness, or wellbeing. You use the App and act on its content at your own discretion and risk.
The App offers an optional paid subscription, Glow Pro, which unlocks premium features.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (such as events, habits, and notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the App to you (including cloud sync). You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it.
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. "Glow Countdown" and related logos are our marks.
The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Expo). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Türkiye will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
